Knowing our strengths and predispositions can lead to more patience and consciousness around communication.

What could you notice about your approach if you knew the person you were speaking to was predisposed to a threat response?  What could you notice about your tone or phrasing if you knew the other person leaned towards understanding your feelings and motivations?

How might you interact more consciously today with the opposite sex?
