Nathan has over 30 years as a martial arts practitioner and over 20 years as a coach. His expertise includes Mui Thai, Boxing, Kung Fu and various weapons training. For almost two decades he’s been a sought-after massage therapist focusing on structural integration. He has travelled to Nepal and India to study various breath practices in the hopes of educating the western mind to the healing capacity of the body.
