What are you trying so hard to Not Feel? It isn’t only our physical aches and pains that we desperately want to turn off but our emotional ones as well. We all know that trauma can have a detrimental effect on our physical and emotional well-being. However, most of us downplay the effect that “little traumas” like rejection, abandonment, insult, disappointment, etc. have on our well-being. Just as every thought and emotion leaves an impression on your body, mind, and energy. In this workshop, you will recognize where you’ve been unconsciously, but consistently, limiting yourself from living the life of your choice and you’ll learn how to easily and effectively release self-imposed obstacles and barriers. Through interactive lecture, gentle yoga, and guided imagery, you will learn to release emotional tension from your body as well as physical tension from your mind!
